SCG系列耐高温水平振动输送机工作原理
SCG系列长距离振动输送机采用两台振动电机作为激振源,运用自同步原理,两台振动电机反向转动,使输送机底部平衡架产生往复振动,经过主振簧与导向板簧的作用,带动上部输送槽振动,从而达到输送物料的目的。
Working principles

SCG型长距离振动输送机有敞开式、封闭式两种,料槽横截面可以做成圆形、矩形和梯形等多种型式。料槽的进料和出料也可根据需要制成一点进料、一点出料,一点进料、多点出料,多点进料、一点出料等多种型式。输送距离较长时可用多台输送机连接起来输送。SCG型长距离振动输送机料槽使用橡胶弹簧或钢簧支承,依靠固定在料槽上的两台振动电机的自同步运转,使料槽产生直线振动。

SCG系列耐高温水平振动输送机安装维护使用
1.基本要求:
(1)振动输送机的底架与槽体必须安装平直,建议其平直度在10米长度不大于5-8毫米,底架与槽体过大的挠曲会引起较大的安装应力,进而会引起这些机件的早期损坏。
(2)为了达到以上要求,隔振弹簧的下表面应该具有接近相同的标高,其允差不应大于5-8毫米。
(3)振动输送机的导向杆的安装角度应接近相同,剪切弹簧应与导向杆相垂直,其安装角度对其安装公称位置的允差为+-1。
(4)传动轴与槽体中心线垂直,两传动连杆应互相平行,不得有过大的歪斜,安装角度允差为+-1 ,传动轴安装后转动应灵活,用手能搬动360°以上。
(5)振动输送机所有螺钉应锁紧,一般应加弹簧垫圈,也可采用双螺母来锁紧。否则,螺栓很快松动,影响机器正常工作。
2.振动输送机的安装顺序:
(1)测定各隔振弹簧支撑点的标高,或在附近墙壁划上水平线。
(2)将底架垫起找平。
(3)将槽体支撑在底架上,并找平。
(4)在底架下面安装隔振弹簧及弹簧下座板。
(5)将导向杆与剪切橡胶弹簧焊接于或用螺钉固定于槽体和底架上。
(6)安装传动轴组件和电动机,焊接激振板。
(7)将机器落下,焊接给料口和排料口,安装密封套,固定好两端盖板。
Installation

(5)All the screws vibration conveyor should lock, generally should add spring washer, also can use double nut for locking.Otherwise, bolt looseness soon, affect the machine to work properly.
2. Vibration conveyor installation order:
(1)Determine the support for vibration isolation spring, elevation, or in the near wall horizontal line.
(2) the chassis underlay leveling.
(3) the tub support on the chassis, and leveling.
(4) under the chassis to install under the vibration isolation spring and spring plate.
(5) the guide rod and shear rubber spring welding on or in the tub with screws and chassis.
(6) installation and motor shaft components, welding vibration plate.
(7) machine, welding feeding and discharging mouth mouth, seal set of installation, fixed on both ends of the cover plate.
SCG系列耐高温水平振动输送机检修注意事项
SCG系列长距离振动输送机检修的种类和内容;应分周检,月检,半年检,年检等几种,具体情况如下:
(1)周检:每周应检查连杆弹簧压紧螺母有无松动,压缩量是否适当,皮带有无紧张,配重块紧固如何,密封套有无破裂,漏灰等。
(2)月检:检查三角皮带有无损坏,剪切弹簧。隔振簧有无破裂,焊接处有无裂纹,传动轴有无足够的润滑油。
(3)半年检:仔细检查各部位焊缝,打开传轴,轴承盖,检查轴承的工作工作情况与磨损情况,检查橡胶弹簧有无老化和裂纹。
(4)年检:每年对传动部位进行一次检修,并更换损坏弹簧,检查槽体及料口磨损情况,必要时可进行局部更换或检修。
Notices for Maintenance

(3) half yearly check: check the position of weld, open the transmission shaft, bearing cover, check the bearing working performance and wear, look for aging and cracking of rubber spring.
(4) yearly check: each year to a maintenance of transmission parts, and replace damaged spring, check the tub and abrasion of mouth, when necessary for partial replacement or repair.
订货注意事项:
1.耐高温输送机不宜输送高粘度、高水分含量的物料及易燃、易爆物品;
2.若输送粉状物料或以粉状为主的混合物料时,产量将下降,下降幅度参考换算公式;
3.订货时需说明以下事项:a.物料种类及堆比重;b.物料粒度及含水量;c.输送产量;d.输送长度;e.若需中间进、卸料、则要注名进、卸料之间的距离,附简图;f.应注明设备的使用场所(如库顶、库底或立窑下等)。
